Well the holidays have flown by, and now it's time to get serious and back to work! I'm both sad, and excited. I took some much needed time off after the Brisk Ayr Market this November, with only minimal work done for Ayr Farmers Market season 4 prep. Now however, it's time to come back refreshed and get going on a great year of events!
Starting off strong, we have 3 events confirmed right now, with another 2 in the works and hopefully some more to come.
Kicking off our year is the Maple Pancake Festival in Vaughan On. hosted by the Maple Lion's Club. This event was sooo much fun last year, I'm really happy they asked me back to help with vendors again. This is a two day event that will be held Saturday April 5/6. More details and applications coming very very soon.
Next up will be the Spring Ayr Market here in Ayr On. This market is hosted by me, Here To There Market Events Inc. We'll be at the NDCC again this year, Saturday May 3rd, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Applications for that will open later this month.
I am saving a spot the May long weekend for Fogorig Brewing's Spring Market. Nothing has been finalized yet, so as soon as I have details on whether we are moving forward I will let you know!
End of May is the start of the 4th season of the Ayr Farmers Market! The market runs every Saturday from the last weekend in May until the first weekend in October, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Applications for farmers and food vendors are currently OPEN! Applications for Artisan vendors will open later.
If there is time, I'm hoping to have a new event this summer, we'll see how it goes. I'm also hoping to bring back Santa's Secret Hideout this year. I'll keep you posted as things become finalized!
