Sponsorship

Thank you for supporting Here To There Market Events Inc. and our upcoming events!

Sponsor support goes directly to advertising of events, decor purchases, hiring of entertainment and giveaway gifts/prizes at events. 

Platinum Events Sponsor

$1000+

  • Recognition as a Sponsor on ALL UPCOMING HTTME EXCLUSIVE EVENTS (minimum 3, including 20 weeks of the Ayr Farmers Market) for a full calendar year from start of sponsorship - this only excludes events that HTTME may run for/with other organizations.  

  • Your business listed on any new print media printed after the start of your sponsorship

  • Recognition as Platinum Sponsor on each of our website event pages, including logo with link to your website.

  • Sign/Banner provided by HTTME at all event venues during your year of sponsorship

  • Name, logo and write up in an individual “sponsor highlight” post, for each upcoming event, on FB and IG

  • Tag (or if no FB/IG account available, your business name listed) on social media posts for the events you are sponsoring.

  • Option to provide business cards/flyers for shoppers on the event days.

  • “Thank You” group post listing all sponsors after the event has ended.

Special Event Sponsor

$500

  • Your sponsorship is for a single specific event of your choice.

  • Recognition as a Special Event Sponsor on our website's event page, including logo with link to your website.

  • Name, logo and write up in a “sponsor highlight” post on FB and IG for your selected event.

  • Option for sponsor to provide sign/banner at the event, and business cards/flyers for shoppers on the day of the event.

  • “Thank You” group post listing all sponsors after the event has ended.

Farmers Market Entertainer Sponsor

$250

  • Recognition as an Entertainer Sponsor on our website's event page, including name and logo, a week prior to your entertainer's performance.

  • Name and logo in a “entertainment sponsor highlight” post on FB and IG including social media tags, before the sponsored event.

  • “Thank You” group post listing all sponsors after the market has ended.
